OAR Counselling Team
“Guiding you through life’s challenges with steady support, where healing begins and hope flourishes.”

Arzeen supports individuals facing anxiety, grief, addiction recovery, and reintegration after incarceration. With a background in special needs and mainstream education, she builds strong connections with students and young adults. Her approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based methods, and a belief in each person’s potential. Arzeen creates a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. Her Indian heritage enriches her practice with cultural sensitivity, empowering clients to navigate challenges with resilience, self-awareness, and renewed hope.
I’m Oliver, a dedicated counsellor and therapist with expertise in psychological first aid, suicide risk awareness, and addiction-related issues. I help clients break free from past struggles, take ownership of their healing, and rebuild healthier, more meaningful lives. Skilled in creating a safe, supportive environment, I work with individuals across diverse backgrounds, especially those affected by trauma, mental health challenges, or crisis. With empathy and professionalism, I guide clients in developing coping skills, emotional resilience, and the confidence to navigate daily life.
Rekha is an experienced counsellor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. She supports clients dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship or career issues. With a strong background in special education, she connects well with children and adolescents facing learning and behavioural difficulties. Rekha has worked with clients in recovery, migrant workers, and briefly with the LGBTQ community, bringing cultural sensitivity and inclusivity. Her practice is rooted in dignity, honesty, compassion, and a safe space for healing.
